Position Overview:
The Enrichment & Outreach Coordinator is a key member of the Orange County team, responsible for building and executing programming and outreach strategies that directly support enrollment growth and overall program experience.
This role focuses on building strong community connections through outreach, events, collaborations, and enrichment programming - helping to engage new communities and meaningfully introduce prospective families with Piper and move naturally into the enrollment pipeline.
This role represents Piper in the community, leads and teaches enrichment programming, supports playdates and events, and builds internal systems that ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across all touchpoints. Success in this role is measured by program quality, community engagement, and meaningful contribution to enrollment growth.

Leadership & Collaboration:
- Serve as a strong cultural presence within the OC campus and outside community, modeling professionalism, initiative, and accountability
- Collaborate closely with the OC Director and Admin team to align programming, outreach, and enrollment efforts
- Participate in strategic conversations around enrollment growth and community engagement
- Take ownership of outcomes, proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen conversion, and elevate the overall experience.
- Ensure that all family-facing experiences feel thoughtful, polished, and aligned with the Piper brand
Outreach, Playdates & Community Engagement:
- Develop and execute a focused outreach plan tied directly to OC enrollment goals; Include Piper-hosted as well as local events within the external community.
- Create and maintain a clear calendar with consistent cadence.
- Manage corresponding budget.
- Complete debrief forms.
- Ensure key conversion moments for prospective families and strong follow-through from initial touchpoint to admissions engagement.
- In partnership with Site Admin, EVP & Director of Operations, ensure events are aligned with Piper standards and needs.
- Build and maintain referral relationships (i.e. parent groups, pediatricians, local businesses, etc.); Seek and nurture potential collaborations.
- Grow a network of parent ambassadors to support organic, community-based enrollment.
Enrichment Programming (Baby-Toddler + Preschool):
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of OC Baby-Toddler and Preschool enrichment programs.
- Offerings must be aligned with enrollment goals and maintain a minimum of two Baby-Toddler classes and two Piper Preschool classes.
- Manage class rosters, supplies, setup, communication and overall program readiness.
- Manage scheduling, logistics, and overall program coordination.
- Design Baby-Toddler programming to engage new families, and as a primary entry point into the Piper community and admissions pipeline.
- Ensure Preschool enrichment enhances engagement and retention for enrolled families.
- Evaluate program performance and adjust offerings based on enrollment trends, participation, and feedback.
- Communicate with enrolled families in a way that reflects Piper’s tone and experience.
- Create and distribute “Piper Press: Enrichment Edition” to showcase class experiences promote upcoming classes, and updates on what’s happening in classes.

Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 Annually; based on education and experience.
